Colors and Fragrances of the World. Honorable Mention in Great Photo Awards
Photovision ART was organized by Photographos magazine, the oldest prominent photo publication in Greece, being issued steadily since 1989. An multifold art exhibition, a forum, a meeting place and reference point for art photography, Photovision Art hosted the works of 386 contemporary photographers from 30 countries with 23 individual photo exhibitions as well as lectures and workshops, attacting 7350 visitors at the ample premises of Zappeion Megaron, the foremost central venue in the centre of Greece’s capital.
I participated in the PhotoVision Art 2024 Exhibition with two of my photographs.
My photo “Portrait of a Dhaneta Jat Girl in India” participated in ΦΩΤΟgalleries, the major group exhibition of 137 photographers who are readers of ΦΩΤΟγράφος magazine.
My photo “Colors and Fragrances of the World” was selected, received an Honorable Mention and was included in the exhibition of the 95 best photographs (27 by Greek photographers) of the “Colorful World” part of the Great Photo Awards international photography contest. The competition received 1,157 entries from 65 countries around the world, conveying a message of diversity, various approaches, styles, and techniques across the five categories: Landscape, Street, Still Life, Nature and Wildlife, and Creative.”
